Prediction system for noisy brain medical image classification

Designed and implemented a deep learning model from scratch to classify noisy brain medical images. The work explored custom CNN architectures and Vision Transformer variants for feature extraction and classification, with pipelines for noise handling, feature learning, and explainability using attention maps.

Project work

Web-based brain cancer detection and classification system

Built a web platform for brain tumour detection and classification in collaboration with local cancer hospitals. Custom CNN and transformer-inspired models support medical image segmentation and tumour classification. The interface is designed for healthcare professionals, with visualization for transparent decision support and a deployment path using Flask or FastAPI and Docker.

Intrusion detection system

Developed a deep learning intrusion detection system trained from scratch to identify and categorize network intrusions. Architectures compared include MLP, CNN, and transformer-based sequence models, optimized for imbalanced traffic data, with preprocessing, statistical feature engineering, and visualization. This is project work and is not listed as a journal publication on the CV.

Deployed

University of Gujrat learning management system

Led the LMS development project for the University of Gujrat from design through deployment, supervising developers, designers, and testers, and coordinating with academic departments. Training was delivered for faculty and administrative staff.
